Typical Avalon Wine Offerings

Hello Happy River Cruisers

Here's a document I pulled from my files to give you a glimpse of the wines served on a typical river cruise. This was a Rhine River Cruise, so regional German wines were featured.

Note the choices include White, Rose, or Red wines along with the Beer for the evening. If you so desire, your glass will never be empty.  Refills were plentiful.
In addition, other wines are available by the bottle for purchase.  On this particular evening, a Sherry was also available by the glass.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the day's regional specialty on the menu as well. The French Onion Soup was served as we were touring Strasburg that day, a city with German and French influences.
